Charge Nozy fully with the included USB-C cable. The light turns green when it's ready. Place the soft band over your nose and upper cheeks, and slide the toggles on the ear loops until it sits snug but comfortable. Press the button once to turn it on, then tap to change the heat: green is Low (113°F), blue is Medium (122°F) and red is High (131°F). We recommend starting on Low. Enjoy sessions of up to 30 minutes while you're awake, then press and hold the button to switch it off. Nozy is not for use while sleeping.

How do I use Nozy?

How hot does it get?
There are three settings: Low 113°F (45°C), Medium 122°F (50°C) and High 131°F (55°C). The button light shows which one you're on (green, blue, red). We recommend starting on Low and going up only if you want more warmth.
Can I talk and drink while wearing it?
Yes. Nozy sits over your nose and upper cheeks and leaves your mouth free, so you can chat and sip your tea as usual.
Can I wear it to sleep?
No. Nozy is designed for use while you're awake, at your desk, while reading, or first thing in the morning. Please don't wear it in bed or anywhere you might doze off.
